Swap meets, sometimes called flea markets, are the perfect place to find a unique piece you can’t get anywhere else. Take your time exploring the booths and vendors at one of the swap meets in the San Diego area.
- Kobey’s Swap Meet is one of the top markets near our San Diego hotel. Open Fridays through Sundays, this spot is located on Sports Arena Bouelvard. Parking is free, and there are ATMs located inside. If you get hungry, grab a bite to eat at one of the food trucks found on the grounds.
- Head to nearby National City to explore the National City Swap Meet. Since 1962, this market has been bringing antiques, fabrics, up-cycled pieces, and more to one spot. Open Saturdays and Sundays, there is a $1 admission fee.
- Another staple in the San Diego area swap meet lineup is the Spring Valley Swap Meet, which has existed since 1970. Located on Quarry Road in Spring Valley, it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the market from our hotel. This is another spot open Saturdays and Sundays.
