7 Breweries to Try When Staying at Our San Diego Hotel

  • If you’re spending time shopping in Seaport Village, stop by Mike Hess Brewing. The veteran-owned brewery has several locations throughout the San Diego area, which means you have plenty of opportunities to sample its creations.
  • Resident Brewing works to produce beers that are as unique as the people who call San Diego home. The tap list features a wide variety of beers, from IPAs to something on the lighter side.
  • Visit Stone Brewing’s tap room on Kettner Boulevard. Founded with a mission to create flavorful beers, this option produces more than beer. They also turn out incredible canned margaritas and hard seltzers.
  • With discounted pints every day before 7 p.m., Little Miss Brewing is an excellent spot for anyone looking to enjoy happy hour. Established in 2016, this California brewery has several locations in San Diego, including Miramar and Normal Heights.
  • Located in San Diego’s East Village, Half Door Brewing Co. is a family-run brewpub known for outstanding food and even better beer. A block from Petco Park, it is the perfect place to grab a beer before or after a Padres game.
  • At East Village Brewing Company, they strive to use the most wholesome and organic ingredients possible. Stop by on Mondays to sip on one of the incredible tap selections while putting your trivia knowledge to the test.
  • Ballast Point Brewing got its start in 1996 when some homebrewers joined together to make a better beer. Today, it has several tap rooms throughout California, including right here in San Diego.
