The Festival is brought to you by Torrey Pines Kiwanis, a non-profit organization that raises funds to support adaptive sports and recreation programs for San Diegans’ with disabilities. That means your ticket proceeds benefit your fellow San Diegans. So bring the kids and splash through the ankle-deep pools, play some yard games, and make some new friends!
